1. 日常消防安全巡检：每日对酒店各区域（客房、餐厅、厨房、会议室、地下停车场等）进行消防巡查，检查消防通道畅通性、安全出口标识完整性、烟感报警器/喷淋系统/灭火器/消防栓等设施状态，重点排查厨房油烟管道、电气设备集中区等火灾隐患点，记录巡检结果并及时上报异常情况。 2. 消防设施设备管理：负责消防设施设备的定期维护与功能测试，按规范周期（如每月测试烟感、季度检查消防泵、半年校验灭火器）执行设备检测，建立设施台账，记录维护数据，发现故障及时协调维修或更换，确保设备100%有效运行。 3. 应急预案与演练组织：参与制定酒店消防应急预案，定期（每季度/半年）组织员工消防演练，培训员工灭火器使用、疏散路线熟悉、自救互救技能，确保全员掌握应急处置流程；协助更新应急预案以适应酒店运营变化。 4. 应急事件处置：接到火警或火灾报警后，赶赴现场确认火情，启动应急预案，组织人员疏散（含住客及员工），使用消防器材实施初期火灾扑救，同步联系消防部门并配合救援，事后参与事故原因调查与整改方案制定。 5. 消防安全培训：开展酒店全员消防安全培训，包括新员工入职消防知识普及（消防法规、火灾预防措施、疏散逃生技巧）、在职员工定期复训，确保员工掌握基础消防技能及本岗位火灾风险防控要点。 6. 档案管理与合规检查：建立并维护消防管理档案，记录巡检、维护、演练、培训等数据；配合消防部门日常检查及抽查，提供合规档案资料，落实检查整改要求，确保酒店消防安全符合国家及地方消防法规标准。 7. 重点区域安全监控：针对酒店消防重点部位（厨房、配电室、机房等）实施专项监控，监督油烟管道定期清洗、电气设备定期维保等工作，跟进隐患整改闭环，保障重点区域消防安全。

The Role 岗位职责： 1. Must participate in the preventive maintenance program and be completely familiar with its purpose and machinery involved. 必须参加预防性的维护保养作业，并熟知其目的和使用的机械。 2. General Maintenance Engineers are responsible for actual corrections of any hazardous conditions throughout the hotel. 工作职责： 1、执行酒店设备的日常预防性及检修性维护工作。 2、处理酒店中的维修保养工作。 3、维修并保养客房设施、灯光设施、家具及其他设备。 4、按照规定的时间执行设备维修计划。 5、做到“三清”即是区域管理责任清、用料使用去向清和完工场地清。 6、积极维持一个安全的酒店环境并根据要求协助保安工作。 9、其他分配的职责和培训。 任职资格： 1、具备有效的相关职业资格证书。 2、身体健康，精力充沛。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店中央冷水机组等设备运行积极配合维修工做好设备维护保养工作。 2、按巡检制度根据外界天气变化及时进行空调工况调节。 3、掌握设备运行的技术状况，发现问题立即报告值班工程师或专业工程师。 4、按保养规程做好机房内分管设备、阀门、管道、水泵日常及月度保养工作。 5、设备开、停必须及时转换运行状态牌，尤其是接到维修停台通知后，应立即挂检修牌。 6、记录设备开、停时间，停台修理原因和停台开始及恢复正常状态时间 【岗位要求】 1、高中以上文化程度；2年以上同岗位工作经验。 2、身体健康,视力良好。 3、沟通协调能力强，具备良好的团队素质,思路清淅,反应敏捷。
