1.   在主管领导下，保证酒店的安全，执行上级交办的各项安全保卫工作。 2、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。 3、当值时保持良好精神面貌，礼貌待客，主动为客人服务，保持警觉，保障当值范围内的安全。 4、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。 5、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。 6、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。 7、认真完成站岗、值班巡逻任务，认真填写当班记录。 8、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。 9、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。 10、熟练掌握灭火器材的正确使用方法。
