【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店日常运营所需的物资、设备及服务的采购工作，确保采购流程符合公司政策和行业标准； 2、根据各部门需求制定采购计划，优化采购成本，控制预算，确保采购物资的质量和及时供应； 3、开发并维护供应商资源，建立稳定的合作关系，定期评估供应商绩效，确保供应链的高效运转； 4、负责采购合同的谈判、签订及执行，确保条款合理，规避潜在风险； 5、跟踪市场行情，分析价格趋势，为采购决策提供数据支持； 6、协调仓储、财务等部门，确保采购物资的验收、入库及付款流程顺畅； 7、处理采购过程中的突发问题，如缺货、延迟交货等，确保酒店运营不受影响； 8、定期汇总采购数据，编制采购报表，向上级汇报采购情况及成本控制成果。 【岗位要求】 1、熟悉采购流程及供应链管理，具备一定的市场分析和谈判能力； 2、具备良好的成本控制意识，能够独立完成采购计划并优化采购成本； 3、具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够高效对接内部需求与外部供应商； 4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够承受一定的工作压力； 5、熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word等），具备基本的数据分析能力； 6、有酒店行业采购经验者优先，无经验者可接受系统培训； 7、诚信正直，具备良好的职业操守，能够严格遵守公司采购制度。

PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively. 岗位职责 1、根据酒店的有关规定和要求，有效地检验到货物品，必须符合酒店要求的质量标准。 2、按照采购单内容和数量，办理验收手续。 3、验货时如发现数量差错，质量不符合要求，应拒绝收货并及时报告主管。 4、在办理验收手续后，应及时通知有关部门取货。 5、填制每日收货汇总表。 6、跟踪和催收应到而未到的物品。 7、做好采购单的存档工作 岗位要求 1、大专学历，具备酒店商品购买知识。 2、理解采购，保管，和分发程序。 3、电脑操作能力好。 4、良好的货品控制能力和食品知识。
