Manage the restaurant staff, including recruitment, training, performance assessment, motivation, etc., and create a positive working atmosphere.

Handle all complaints and inquiries from guests and internal guests politely and efficiently to ensure that problems are resolved satisfactorily.

Position requirements岗位要求
More than two years of working experience as a manager in a Chinese restaurant.
两年以上中餐厅经理工作经验。
Understand and master the relevant business knowledge of restaurants proficiently, including food, beverages, management aspects, service skills and communication with guests.
了解并熟练掌握相关餐厅营业知识,包括餐厅的食品、酒水、管理方面、服务技能及与客人交流沟通。
Excellent leadership and personnel management skills, with additional training skills.
