1. With the efficient and professional service ofRB&E, while ensuring guests receive optimum service in accordance with thestandards, policies and procedures of this hotel and Niccolo Way.

2. Ensure the delivery of brand promise and provideexceptional guest service at all times.

3. Present menu to guest, answer guest inquiriesand offer food, beverage and service suggestion.
向客人呈送菜单,回答客人问询并为客人提供关于食品、饮料及服务的建议。
4. Ensure that the outlet is kept clean andorganized, both at the front as well as the back of house.
清洁并重新摆设餐台和餐桌。
5. Handle all guest and internal customercomplaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following throughto make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

6.Upsell the drinks to increase revenue.

7.Ensure par stock level of all items andguest supplies according to hotel requirement.

8.Prepare and serve the cocktail based on therequest.

9.Ensure that all drinks are kept in asuitable temperature.

10. Carry out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned.

任职资格:
1. High Schoolgraduate or above, hotel Management or equivalent.
高中及以上学历,酒店管理相关专业。
2. 1 years relatedexperience or an equivalent combination of education and work-relatedexperience.
