岗位职责:
1. Thisposition is accountable for supporting all publicity campaigns in the hotel forspecial events and promotion, organized and planned by the MarketingDepartment. To enhance the image and brand awareness on a consolidated andindividual level. To ensure standardization of all consolidated promotionalcollaterals. As a consolidated identity, obtains maximum editorial coverage inall available medium and source, co-ordinate and direct sponsorships ofcharity, cultural and philanthropic events.

2.To enhance, maintain and develop close working relationships withregional and international media executives and journalists.

4.In co-operation with Director of Sales & Marketing, prepare, submitand adhere to annual PR & Advertising budget.

5.Liaise with WHM Communications Department and Senior Graphic Designer toensure adherence to corporate image and any changes from corporate level in allcollateral and advertising production.

6.Maintain up-to-date corporate information files.

7.Responsible for distribution of corporate information to local media asappropriate.

8.Maintain contacts with local journalists and editors, foreigncorrespondents (when appropriate) and other representatives of the media to beaware of their needs and interests. Provide them with news about activities of the hotel and / or group.

9.Monitor competitors ‘activities to gain overall awareness of localcompetition.

任职资格:
1.Universitygraduate or equivalent.

2.Minimum 3 years’experience in Sales & Marketing with International Hotels in China.
