4. Maintain a high
level of exposure for the hotels in major market areas through direct
sales,
telephone, fax and other written communications. 通过直接销售拜访,电话,传真以及其他书面形式的沟通方式,保持酒店在当地主要市场区域高度的知名度。

Properly and skilfully
handle guests’ verbal complaints. 正确并且有技巧地处理客人的口头投诉。
6.To give improvement suggestions to concerned

7. Check guest comments survey/evaluation
form/outlet log etc to find out if any issue with the operations.so as to
take improvement measurements of food/beverage/service; training need (i.e.
