岗位职责:
1. In line with prescribed Niccolo policies and procedures. To assist theDRB&E and Executive Chef in all responsibilities, to replace them in theirabsence and to assist in any of the outlets or banquets when necessary.

2. Assist toDRB&E ensure that the RB&E activities are aligned with the respectiveCorporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented whereappropriate.

3. Oversee thepreparation and update of individual Departmental Operations Manuals and toassist the DRB&E in preparing forms and reports.

4. To assist in the identification of market needs forboth hotel guests and the local market.

5. To assist in monitoring and analysing theactivities and trends of competitive restaurants, bars and other hotelbanqueting departments.

6. To assist each Outlet Manager and the Banquet SalesManager in the planning and implementation of effective marketing plans toensure maximum revenues and profits.

7. Embrace all the Forbes and WHM standards of NiccoloHotels Global expectations and make sure these are all in place in the RB&Eoutlets while providing enough training to staff and checking in a daily basiswith immediate corrective actions in place.

1. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

3. Minimum 1 yearexperience as Director of restaurants; hotel experience is preferred but notrequired.
