岗位职责 一、日常美工设计及制作 1.负责公司日常宣传物料的设计与制作（海报、展架、画册、邀请函等），确保出品质量符合品牌调性。 2.协助团队完成重大视觉项目的美术制作，把控设计进度与交付标准。 3.负责美术资料的搜集、整理、分类归档及素材库的日常维护更新。 二、活动落地配合 1.负责活动相关视觉物料的设计输出，并根据活动需求灵活调整方案。 2.配合活动执行团队完成现场布置的视觉落地工作，包括物料安装指导、现场效果把控及撤场后的物料回收整理。 3.参与活动前期的创意脑暴和活动的落地环节。 三、工具管理与自我提升 1.妥善保管、合理使用各类美工工具及耗材，控制物料成本。 2.持续关注设计趋势与新材料新工艺，不断提升自身的创意设计水平和活动视觉执行能力。 岗位要求 1.学历与专业：大专及以上学历，美术、平面设计、广告设计等相关专业优先。 2.设计能力：具备扎实的美术功底和视觉设计能力，能独立完成高品质的宣传品设计，有成熟作品集者优先。 3.活动配合经验：有活动视觉落地执行经验者优先，熟悉常见活动物料工艺（喷绘、KT板、灯布、亚克力等），能判断设计方案在实际制作中的可行性。 4.绘画与手绘能力：具备一定的手绘或插画能力，能为项目提供原创视觉元素。 5.综合素质：工作细致负责，沟通协调能力好，能适应活动期间的高强度节奏和现场配合需求；有团队合作精神，能主动补位。 加分项 熟悉AI辅助设计工具（Midjourney、Stable Diffusion等），能提升出图效率 有大型会议、展览、品牌快闪等活动视觉执行经验 会基础摄影/修图，能独立完成活动现场记录拍摄
