The main responsibility of the F&B manager is to ensure the successful operation of all f&b sub-departments, meetings and banquets in accordance with ClubMed group standards to achieve customer satisfaction and consistency.
餐厅经理的主要职责是确保所有餐饮分部门,会议及宴会的成功运营,在符合ClubMed集团的标准前提下来达到客人的满意度并保持一贯性。
1,Ensure that all subdivisions have a sound management team (restaurant manager/chef) responsible for service standards.
确保所有的分部门具有完善的管理团队(餐厅经理/厨师长)对服务标准承担责任。
2,To co-ordinate the formulation of the Annual Marketing Plan to establish a list of marketing activities in line with the Annual Business Plan. This should be supported by appropriate Advertising and Promotion budgets from suppliers.
在符合年度商务发展计划的前提下建立市场活动计划。此目标的实现需要通过适当的广告宣传和推广活动的预算范围来完成。
3,To monitor and control vacation planning for the department.
监督部门休假计划。
4,To ensure that the minimum operating standards are adhered to in order to achieve the level of service established in the Departmental Operations Manual.
确保坚持运营标准以达到营运指南的设立的水准。
5,To handle all guest complaints, requests and enquiry’s on food, beverage and service. Established procedures and protocol need to be clearly defined and adhered to in this area.

6,To monitor all costs and recommend measures to control them.

7,To ensure that all the outlets and banquets are managed efficiently according to the established concept statements.

8,Take personal responsibility for maintaining and revising the Policies and Procedures manual associated with the department and inter dependent departments to ensure any risk.

9,To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s policy relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

10,To assist in the training of team members ensuring that they have the necessary skills to perform their duties with the maximum efficiency.

11,Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements 任职要求:
1,Bachelor degree or above or equivalent education level.
本科以上学历或同等文化程度。
2,More than 5 years of hotel management experience, master the job responsibilities and working procedures of various catering departments.
有5年以上的酒店管理经验,掌握餐饮各部门的岗位职责和工作程序。
3,Have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility and noble professional ethics.
具有强烈的事业心和责任感及高尚的职业道德。
4,Healthy, dignified and elegant appearance.
身体健康,仪表端庄大方,气质高雅。
5,Be able to timely adjust catering business strategies according to market changes and guests' needs, and be good at organizing and carrying out various food exhibition activities.
能够根据市场变化和客人的需求,及时调整餐饮经营策略,善于组织和开展各种食品展销活动。
6,Have hotel budget management knowledge, be able to prepare catering budget.
具有酒店预算管理知识,能编制餐饮预算。
