As E-Commerce Manager, you’ll be responsible in driving The Middle House’s digital growth and customer experiences by supporting the team in building and managing the digital ecosystem and digital conversion channels. Plans and develops all brand social media channels and manages online community.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
· Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience eCommerce Marketing and Digital Marketing.
· Education: A degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent in related discipline
· Skills: Knowledge of web and mobile development, website, mobile apps, digital, online or e-Commerce development. Proficient in paid media and analytics reporting platforms such as Baidu Analytics, Baidu Ads, GTM, WeChat (Weixin) Management Platform, Baidu Tongji, and Facebook Business & Ads Manager. Knowledge in design tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and photography skills are an advantage. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
· Personality: Good team player, capable in working in a dynamic and fast-pace environment. Detail-oriented, proactive, independent and diligent.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Manage and build The Middle House’s digital ecosystem including website, eCommerce platform and social platforms.
· Track & evaluate website performance & campaign effectiveness as a Baidu Analytics ninja with hands-on experience.
· Be responsible for Baidu Analytics ninja with hands-on experience in tracking and evaluating website performance and campaign effectiveness.
· Take ownership in analysing site wide, cross platform customer journey data and reports on key metrics.
· Develop and execute creative, engaging content calendar and daily, weekly, monthly reports.
· Support and facilitate the overall digital strategy and digital campaign initiatives in driving growth and conversion with programmatic, paid social, and SEM/ SEO
