Key Responsibilities

· To ensure all customer contact is handledpolitely and efficiently, ascertaining and accurately meeting their needs.
· Have a clear knowledge of the menu, wine andbeverages including specials and promotional material.
· Sustain self-reliant and efficient, workingstandards with minimal control and direction.
· Actively seeking verbal feedback from customerson a regular basis, and report to superiors.
· Positively dealing with and learning fromcustomer complaints and comments.
Requirements

· Similarexperience in a previous position in a Hotel or Free Standing Restaurant.
· Effectiveinterpersonal skills team player.
