Responsible for setting up sales
goals for all individual in the team and ensure that there is performance
review conducted periodically for all individuals with coaching and guidance
provided, to ensure that the personal and team target is met.
负责为销售人员分别设立销售目标,给予其指导和建议,确保所有销售人员都能够完成各自的目标。

Create , evolve and
drive relationships and networks with all the accounts
portfolio and to
access and evolve strategies as necessary to increase revenue.

Responsible for
conducting weekly/ monthly / quarterly/ yearly review on business
performance and work plans and action for individual in the team.

Develops sales and
marketing plan and budget to reflect the company’s and the hotel’s goals and
objectives in maximizing revenue generation and profitability.

Responsible for
establishing and directing the marketing and sales activities of an
organization including advertising, public relations and reservation
department.
负责建立并指导酒店的市场销售活动,包括广告、公关及预订各部门。

Provides leadership
in the areas of Sales and Marketing and works closely with other division
heads-directing, managing and coordinating an efficient and effective sale and
marketing plan for the hotel.

Assists General Manger and Revenue Manager to develop, implement
and keep current the various segments of the marketing communications plan
relating to sales.

Sits in and actively participate in the regular revenue strategy
meetings and implement actions relevant to sales.

Keeps abreast of current and future competitors’ products,
pricing, and sales programs and deploys resources to efficiently optimize

Has a nose for talent, hires the best people available from

strictly adhered to by all personnel achieving maximum productivity levels.

Ensures compliance with Opera/Delphi standards and integrity of
database.
确保销售团队符合Opera/ Delphi标准及数据库的完整性。
·
Be familiar with and use the sales & marketing software
solutions, ie. Nexus, Lanyon. optimize all revenue opportunities.

Establishes sales targets, adjust sales coverage and distribute
accounts in accordance to each sales managers’ strength and potential.
