【岗位职责】 1、负责制作酒店的宣传印刷品及设计。 2、管理酒店的照片库，为酒店的活动负责拍摄照片并根据品牌标准编辑调整。 3、帮助市场传讯部保证酒店所有的印刷品、广告和设计符合品牌标准。 4、与合作团队（包括餐饮、会议和活动、销售、收益管理/预订）就宣传品设计及制作进行良好合作。 5、根据品牌标准，制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品和设计。 6、所有的设计都必须有一个时间进度表，以便有足够的时间进行校对并由高级管理人员批准。 7、为市场销售部提供所有宣传品和广告的设计方面的技术支持。 8、负责酒店所有的照片拍摄和编辑工作。 9、管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片和活动照片等，用于酒店推广。 10、在设计工作上学习并经常更新创意趋势及相关信息。 11、妥善保管、节约使用各种美工工具、材料和设备。 【岗位要求】 1、平面设计或相关专业的大专及以上学历。 2、至少3年及以上的相关工作经验，具备高端奢华酒店设计师工作经验者优先考虑。 3、熟练使用Microsoft办公软件、电脑平面设计、相片处理和印刷编辑软件。 4、较强的平面设计及线上营销方面的知识。 5、较强的时间管理技巧，能够处理多重任务。

工作职责： RESPONSIBILITIES • Management of Hilton’s interests for all Design & Construction （D&C） aspects of selected Focused Service brands projects in GC&M • Project involvement from inception to opening, and provide leadership of those projects as the principal Hilton representative to & from clients and project consultants • Ensure internal communications & effective relationships on those projects with all relevant Hilton departments （including Brand Management, Development, Brand Performance Support, Supply Management, Pre－Opening & Brand Opening, F&B, IT, and Operation etc.） • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Brand Standards, Narratives & Attributes for selected brands in China • Provide Project and Design Management on assigned Focus Service brands projects, and work effectively with clients & consultants to optimize project delivery & hotel opening • Assist Hilton development to secure agreements for new hotel developments • Review or preparation of Area Program for development team with Brand, Ops and/or other internal team’s advance endorsement • Review designs at all stages of projects for conformity to Hilton Brand Standards, Design & Construction Guidelines and Corporate Brand Directions • Conduct mock－up & prototype guestrooms review & approval, and periodic site inspections • Extensive travel within the region for projects and/or client meetings • Prepare, present & participate in internal monthly Project Milestone Review Meetings & Design Review Meetings • Regular reports to internal management regarding projects status & issues • Collaborate with Hilton Pre－Opening Team/Brand Opening team, GMs and relevant teams during Pre－Opening phase, and coordinate QA inspections before hotel opening • Contribute to GC&M－specific addenda to global Brand standards for selected Hilton brands • Work with Hilton internal stakeholders and external consultants for Focus Service Brand prototype development when needed 任职资格： • Architect by training （with Architecture Professional Degree） • Mandatory － Fluent English & Mandarin （written & spoken） • 5＋ years’ experience with architectural design or project management in GC&M （mandatory） • Working for international design firm （desirable） • Management or design of Mixed－use development projects （desirable） • Ability to work effectively with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, as well as with all relevant Hilton departments （including Brand Management, Development, Brand Performance Support, Supply Management, Pre－Opening & Brand Opening, F&B, IT and Operation etc.） and within AD&C team • Ability to review architectural drawing, interior fit－out & relevant design works quickly, and make constructive suggestions for improvements in a timely manner • Positive and proactive people skills • Effective communications both written and verbal • Flexibility to handle changing circumstances • Able to work independently on all stages of projects • Able to work on multiple projects at one time • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Email, CAD （mandatory）
