1、  负责挖掘开发商务机关政府的生意，维护商务客户，政府和酒店的良好关系。   2、  负责挖掘开发国内外旅行社及旅游批发商生意，维护国内外旅行社及旅游批发商和酒店的良好关系。 3、 清楚明了酒店的营业目标和每一项推广计划。   4、与有潜力的商务客户保持良好的商业往来，定期款待商务客户的行政人员、秘书或酒店内客户。 5、负责市场销售部客户方面的一切事务，包括数据资料、文件档案、报告、跟催信件及与客人联络等。　　 6、负责跟催客户的欠款，协助财务部跟进追款事宜。 7、了解酒店各种促销活动，根据客人需求提供给客人。   8、按月收集客人对酒店的反馈意见。 9、确定团队房间及用餐事宜，并与团队协调员沟通予以跟进。 10、按时参加部门例会。 11、参加酒店组织的各种培训。 12、遵守酒店的安全规程和条例。 13、熟悉酒店应急措施，在发生意外时确保客人的安全。 14、完成酒店因工作需要安排的工作任务和上级领导安排的其他工作任务。
