1、按规格和工作程序办理日常预订业务。填制通知单、海鲜报价单，及时准确地分送到各有关部门和营业点；2、负责宴席、酒会、自助餐、团体包餐等宴会的制订菜单的编写工作；3、礼貌地接待预订客人，解答客人提出的有关饮食方面的问题，并推荐本餐厅的特色菜品及优质服务。遇到重要的宴会，要向预订主任汇报或请主任一起参加洽谈；4、熟悉菜谱中菜式、价格、风味及制作过程，熟悉各厅面的接待情况，以便向客人推荐5、熟悉餐饮成本核算，了解宴会、酒会、自助餐、便餐等菜式搭配。在编制菜单时，经常出示新菜品，使客人有新鲜感；6、熟悉和掌握熟客的口味特点，建立客史档案。基本要求：1、年龄：22-50周岁。教育背景:具有高中毕业或同等文化程度，口齿清楚，表达能力强。职业资格：不限培训经历:接受过餐饮知识培训。经验:从事餐厅服务工作2年以上。技能技巧:1、熟悉宾馆各部门、餐饮部各部门的情况；2、具有丰富的餐饮知识和服务技能；3、熟悉各种宴会、酒会、自助餐等规格及标准；4、了解餐饮部的各项宴会及各种会议收费标准。
