PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively. 岗位职责： 1、监督并协调采购的工作; 2、更新采购订单的程序并向团队说明,以使所有团队成员知道限制，批准和购买流程; 3、确保有恰当的采购程序，在管理层批准后只有采购部才能下达采购订单; 4、确保根据政策获得的有竞争力的报价、审查经下属提交的所有采购请求和采购订单、与成本经理和行政总厨定期协作进行市场价格调查、确保定期与其他酒店进行价格对比、确保以最大努力获得最佳报价、与所有酒店部门和供应商保持良好关系、确保所有不匹配的/未收货的采购定单被审查并定期采取合理行动; 5、拥有对Excel、Word 和酒店库存/采购软件有的丰富知识、协助准备月末报告和其他可能需要的特殊报告、确保熟悉并遵循一切当地的或全球的采购协议、必要时对计划书进行分析,并为财务总监提供建议、确保所有月末关账程序的严格遵循且按时完成、协助行政总厨确认食品成本保持最小化; 6、熟悉所有紧急程序，与相关政府部门联络有关的，动物几植物检疫、研究执照和关税等。 岗位要求： 1、始终使自己的工作以顾客为核心,积极主动及时地对待顾客的需要和要求； 2、承担个人责任并主动解决问题,清楚地与客户和同事沟通,以取得积极影响、自我激励和承诺,主动承担所有工作并抓住机会学习新的技能或知识,从而提高个人业绩 3、同等酒店三年以上工作经验； 4、性格好、沟通能力强。

1.采购酒店所有下单物品，确保符合洲际酒店标准、本地卫生法规、商品行业规格、部门要求并且不以牺牲质量降低成本； 2.执行酒店规章制度，积极进行市场调查，获得具有竞争性的报价且该报价能以最低的价格满足酒店送货日期，质量和数量方面的要求； 3.协助采购部经理的日常工作。

有三年以上酒店采购经验，掌握物资、原料供应渠道、熟悉原料品质鉴别经验

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店商品和物品的保管和供应工作。 2、负责物料及商品的入库验收工作，不符合的货物退回，严格把好质量关。 3、仓库要保持通风干燥，要勤检查、勤倒垛、勤晾晒，防止虫蛀鼠咬霉烂变质。 4、执行出入库手续，汇总票据，按期登记三级明细账，定期盘点，按时填写报表，做到账表清楚，账物相符。 【岗位要求】 1、大专学历，1年以上酒店或超市食品仓库管理工作经验。 2、具备财务基础知识，熟悉仓库管理。 3、了解货品进销存流程。 4、电脑操作熟练，掌握办公软件运用。 5、有仓库管理相关知识，具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
