Take full responsibility for the hotel's computer management system to ensure its normal operation. 2. Formulate and execute the annual IT work plan and long-term technology development plan in accordance with the hotel's overall strategy. 3. Prepare and manage the IT department's annual budget, including hardware procurement, software licensing, maintenance contracts, and project expenses, and exercise strict cost control. 4. Evaluate, select, and manage external technology vendors and service providers (such as telecommunications companies, system integrators, etc.), participate in contract negotiations, and ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness from a professional perspective. 5. Establish and maintain a comprehensive network security system for the hotel to prevent network attacks, viruses, and hacker intrusions. 6. Responsible for coordination with other computer-using departments and promptly resolving faults and issues in the computer system. 7. Check the hotel's computer system data backups to ensure the safe and effective preservation of data; establish files for the hotel's computer system and be responsible for their management. 8. Keep abreast of developments in the computer industry and provide effective suggestions for the management of the hotel's computer system. 9. Other duties and tasks that may be added at any time according to business and hotel needs. 【岗位要求】 1.大专以上学历，有国际品牌酒店电脑房筹备及运行管理经验优先。 2.5-8年以上IT工作经验，其中至少3年以上在国际品牌五星级酒店或豪华酒店集团担任IT主管或经理的经验。 3.熟知酒店各项电脑管理系统的原理。 4.具有较强的分析和解决专业问题的能力、预警能力和语言文字表达能力。 5.秉公办事、坚持原则、不断创新。 6.工作细致、严谨，具有较强的工作热情和责任感。 7.年龄45周岁及以下，条件优秀者可适当放宽。 [Job Requirements] 1.College diploma or above; experience in the pre-opening and operation management of the computer room of an international brand hotel is preferred. 2.More than 5–8 years of IT work experience, including at least 3 years of experience as an IT supervisor or manager in an international brand five-star hotel or luxury hotel group. 3.Familiar with the principles of various hotel computer management systems. 4.Strong ability in analyzing and solving professional problems, early warning capability, and language expression ability. 5.Act impartially, adhere to principles, and keep innovating. 6.Meticulous and rigorous in work, with strong work enthusiasm and sense of responsibility. 7.Age 45 or below; this may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally qualified candidates.

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、信息技术、软件工程、网络工程等相关专业优先。 2.能适应酒店 7×24 小时技术保障需求，可接受节假日值班、突发故障应急抢修。 3.无强制年龄限制，通常建议 30-45 岁，需具备成熟的项目统筹与应急处理心态。 4.普通话流利，具备清晰的书面与口头表达能力，能高效对接各部门技术需求 5.5 年及以上 IT 行业相关工作经验，其中至少 3 年星级酒店 IT 部门管理岗位经验（IT 主管 / 副经理）。 6.有四星级及以上酒店同岗位经验者优先，熟悉高端酒店信息化架构与业务流程。 7.具备国际品牌或连锁酒店集团 IT 管理经验者优先，了解集团标准化 IT 系统部署规范。 8.主导或核心参与过酒店新开业 IT 系统筹备项目，包括 PMS、POS、客房智能控制系统、安防监控系统的选型、部署与调试。 9.有酒店信息化升级改造经验优先，如智慧酒店建设、自助入住机部署、数据中心迁移、网络安全攻防体系搭建等项目。 岗位职责 1.统筹 PMS、POS、门禁、监控、网络及客房智能设备运维，保障系统稳定，避免影响入住、 收银等核心业务。 2.按业务需求(如客流高峰)制定系统升级计划(如带宽扩容、PMS 更新)，对接供应商处理安 装、故障抢修。 3.负责 IT 团队(技术员、运维)招聘、排班与考核，明确岗位职责，确保分工高效。 组织系统操作、故障排查等培训，建立沟通机制，解决团队难点，推进运维工作。 4.制定信息安全制度(数据备份、网络防护、操作规范)，定期安全巡检与风险评估。 处置数据异常、系统攻击等事件，恢复运行并上报，复盘优化措施，确保合规。 5.对接前厅、餐饮等部门，提供技术解决方案(如新增 POS、升级智能设备)，保障业务开展。 6.快速响应系统故障，指导设备操作。提前检查大型活动会场设备(网络、音响等)，确保顺利。
