【岗位职责】 1.负责酒店网络、客房Wi-Fi、 PMS（酒店管理系统）及弱电系统（电话、门锁、监控）的日常维护与故障处理； 2.保障酒店各部门软硬件正常运作，及时响应报修； 3.负责酒店内部数据安全与备份，配合系统升级及新系统上线； 4.管理机房、交换机、服务器等设备，优化网络稳定性。 【任职要求】 1.计算机相关专业，大专及以上学历，1年以上IT运维经验（有酒店行业经验者优先）； 2.熟悉主流网络设备配置，能独立排查网络故障； 3.了解PMS系统（如Opera、西软等）维护者优先； 4.具备良好的服务意识，能适应轮班制及节假日值班； 5.动手能力强，工作细致，有责任心。

【岗位职责】 1.负责管理酒店内音响设备、电视、通讯设施及其它弱电设备设施的维修保养。 2.管理酒店范围内所有弱电设备设施的安全操作程序和维修保养范围按要求进行。 3.配合上级制定弱电设备设施的年度、月度的预防性维修保养计划，提出自己的建议并保证计划按规定的要求和规范按时完成。 4.保证酒店背景音乐、电视节目的正常播放以及电话的畅通。 5.接受和完成值班室的运行调度和日常维修工作指令。 6.按经营需要提出更新改造设备的合理化建议。 【岗位要求】 1.中专以上文化程度，经过有关部门培训并具有丰富的实践经验. 2.有无线电设备装配、熟悉无线电基本原理，熟悉电子线路。对弱电设备、电子器材、通讯广播器材、计算机技术等有广泛的了解。 3.熟悉酒店的弱电设备设施和维修服务工作要求，能熟练地对弱电有关设备设施进行维修、保养。 4.热爱本职工作、勤恳好学，组织纪律性强，文明礼貌。 5.身体健康，精力充沛。 6.能熟悉使用中软系统优先。

【岗位职责】 1、协助电脑部经理制定酒店电脑管理系统的计划领导权力； 2、协助电脑部经理考核电脑运营员和各部门的电脑操作； 3、协助电脑部经理对造成设备事故的责任者提出相应的处理意见； 4、参加电脑机房值班，定时巡视机房内外设备运转情况，及时处理机房内外设备所发生的各种故障管理范围； 5、酒店网络系统的基本维护； 6、各部门电脑系统及外设的软硬件维护和保养； 7、酒店管理系统PROTEL，餐厅收款系统EVS，电话计费管理系统，财务系统用友的日常维护。 【岗位要求】 1、精通计算机专业知识，具备饭店管理系统的基本知识。 2、能独立解决日常电脑系统出现的各种问题。 3、能进行设备的日常维护。对工作认真负责，保证电脑系统的正常运行。 4、具有一定的组织管理协调能力。
