Meet with hotel staff/clients to ascertain/understand their needs and provide prompt and professional assistance and support. · 拜访员工和客户以确定或了解他们的需求，从而提供快速和专业的协助与支持。 · Set up and organize workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials. · 设置并组织工作站指定的供应品，表格和资源材料。 · Conducts periodic tests and inspections to ensure all departments are complying with required procedures. · 进行定期的测试和检查以确保所有部门符合规定的程序。 · Identify training needs and recommend actions in order to resolve those needs. · 确定培训需求并为解决南些需求而建议应进行的工作。 · Assist in the monitoring of all related hotel systems and ensure proper operation and condition. · 协助监测所有相关的酒店系统，确保正常运转和良好状况。 · Monitor inventory and supplies and ensure that replenishments are ordered in a timely manner.
