岗位职责： 1、认真做好营业前的各项准备工作，并按要求准备各项酒水和用具。 2、负责酒吧日常酒水的盘点工作，核对酒水数量，不得弄虚作假，并填写每日《销售日报表》。 3、按各类酒水品种和储藏要求分类进行保管，按要求排列。 4、熟悉掌握酒吧各种工具、器皿的使用方法及维护，熟悉酒水的性质、产地、度数等。 5、协助做好酒吧的各项培训工作。 6、酒吧每日所需酒水的申购、领取及存量控制，保证饮料不过期。 7、负责酒吧日常清洁卫生工作或工具的整洁维护。 8、按照标准和服务程序为客人提供酒水服务。协助楼面做好餐前餐后的酒水清理工作。

岗位职责: Operate Excellently卓越运营 1. Understand internal and external financial metrics; Manage the overall financial performance, analyze financial data for reasonable investment and strategic deployment 了解内部及外部的财务指标，管理整体的财务表现，分析财务数据进行合理投资及战略部署 5.
