客人到店时要主动问候并引导客人至前台,待客人办完入住手续后引领客人回房间。Greet guest upon arrival and direct / escort them to the registration counter. Escort guests to their room when their room are assigned .
帮助要离店的客人把行李送到大堂并引导客人至前台。Upon check out, carry the luggage down to the lobby and direct guest to the Front Desk for check out.
所有的信息和任务都要记录在行李员交接本。Record all information and task into the Bellman movement logbook.
统计每日短存和长存行李并分别做记录。Record all day storage on the clipboard for quick reference and all long-term storage in the long-term storage book. Issue tags accordingly as required.
出席每日例会和十五分钟培训。Attend daily briefing and 15 minutes training.
帮助前台员工运送客人行李。Co-ordinate with Front Desk associates on delivering of guests’ luggage.
当陪同客人回房间时,必须遵守和执行部门经理制定的相应规定。When a guest is escort to their room, use ‘Rooming Procedures’ set by the department / section head.
随时做好执行门童的任务和职责。Performing the doorman duties whenever assigned by Captain.
根据通知及时更新信息板中的信息。Update hotel’s function sheet on notice board as and when new information is given by the Catering Department.
保持酒店大堂的整洁有序。Maintain Cleanliness and order at the hotel lobby.
负责递送客人和员工的信件,邮件和包裹。Deliver messages, mails and parcels to the guest’s room and administration offices.
确保设施设备的良好维护,每天夜班员工要做好行李车的擦拭清洁工作。Maintain equipment such as the bell trolley in good condition. Polishing of trolleys is required to be done during every midnight shift.
了解酒店的安全管理制度和流程。Understanding of hotel’s safety features and procedures.
与其它部门保持紧密有效的沟通。Maintain close and effective communication with other departments.
负责帮助换房的客人更改叫醒服务和搬运行李。Run errands such as, morning calls and carries luggage on room transfer.
高度关注客人并高效快捷地完成任务。Attend to guest and performing their duties promptly with a sense of urgency.
保持符合酒店形象的有效的服务。
Maintain effective service in line with the Hotel’s Corporate Image.
