· Drive the day to day operations of the Chinese Restaurant to obtain maximum profit and maximum guest satisfaction

· Up sell food & beverage products and other facilities of the hotel

· Conduct inventory of bar stocks. Purchase additional stock when appropriate

· Control and secure department inventory
监控并保证部门库存安全
· Cooperate with Restaurant Manager and the Fortuna Operations Director to accommodate clients, regarding Food & Beverage specifics
