Assistthe Director of Services in all aspects of housekeeping operations, in the various sections of thedepartment.
To ensure that only the highest standard ofcleanliness are maintained. Tosupervise and train housekeeping staff in accordance to approved policies andprocedure.
Assume the responsibilities of the Director ofServices in her/his absence.

Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and co-coordinating the activities of all Housekeeping personnel; for the operation of all Housekeeping functions in guestrooms, function rooms, public areas, hotel offices, back of the house areas and their surroundings.
