岗位职责Job responsibilities
1、客房核心运营统筹:全面负责山舍组团客房区域的日常运营,包括客房服务、管家服务、物资调配等,确保客房状态始终处于高端接待标准。
Overall coordination of guest room operations within the Mountain Retreat Cluster, including housekeeping, butler service, and supply management, ensuring rooms consistently meet premium hospitality standards.
2、服务品质把控:制定并执行高端客房服务流程(如夜床服务、个性化布置、管家响应时效等),确保服务体验匹配高端定位。
Develop and implement premium guest room service protocols (e.g., turndown service, personalized room setup, butler response time), ensuring service experience aligns with premium positioning.
3、物资与成本管理:负责组团内客房物资(布草、客用品、迷你吧商品等)的预算编制、库存管控及成本优化。
Manage budget planning, inventory control, and cost optimization for guest room supplies (linens, amenities, mini-bar items, etc.).
4、高端宾客接待:统筹VIP客人、长住客的全流程接待,建立并维护宾客偏好档案,推动预见性、定制化服务。
Coordinate end-to-end reception for VIPs and long-stay guests, build and maintain guest preference profiles, and enable proactive, customized service.
5、投诉与突发事件处理:快速介入并解决组团内宾客投诉及突发状况,具备现场授权与补偿决策权。
Immediately address and resolve guest complaints and emergencies within the cluster, with on-site authority for service recovery and compensation decisions.
6、团队管理:管理组团内客房服务人员(排班、任务分配、考勤、绩效评估),组织专业培训,确保服务标准落地。
Manage cluster housekeeping staff (scheduling, task allocation, attendance, performance evaluation), organize professional training, and ensure service standards are implemented.
7、跨部门协调:协调前台迎宾、工程维修、安保等统一管理部门,以及营销、销售等协作部门,确保山舍运营需求得到高效配合。
Coordinate with front desk, engineering, security, as well as marketing and sales departments, ensuring efficient support for Mountain Retreat's operational needs.
任职要求Requirements
1、大专及以上学历,3-5年高星级酒店客房运营或管家服务管理经验,有高端客房(行政楼层/别墅/精品民宿)管理经验者优先。
Associate degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping or butler service management in upscale hotels. Experience managing premium accommodations (executive floors/villas/boutique lodges) is a plus.*
2、高端服务认知:深刻理解高端客群的服务需求(私密性、个性化、高效响应),能设计并落地高品质客房服务流程。
Deep understanding of high-end guests' service expectations (privacy, personalization, rapid response). Ability to design and implement high-quality guest room service protocols.
3、运营管理能力:熟悉客房运营全流程,具备成本控制和库存管理经验,能独立完成物资预算编制与执行。
Familiar with end-to-end housekeeping operations, with cost control and inventory management experience. Ability to independently prepare and execute supply budgets.
4、协调与沟通能力:具备出色的跨部门协调能力,能有效调动相关部门配合山舍运营需求。
Strong cross-departmental coordination skills. Ability to effectively engage relevant departments to support Mountain Retreat's operational needs.
5、问题解决与抗压能力:具备优秀的现场应变和危机处理能力,能妥善处理高端客人的投诉与突发事件。
Excellent on-the-spot problem-solving and crisis management skills. Ability to properly handle high-end guest complaints and emergencies.
6、团队领导力:具备2年以上基层团队管理经验,能有效激励团队推动服务标准落地。
Minimum 2 years of frontline team management experience. Ability to motivate the team to drive service standard implementation.
7、职业素养:形象气质佳,注重细节,责任心强,适应排班制及周末节假日轮岗。
Professional appearance, strong attention to detail, high sense of responsibility. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
