岗位职责
1. Provide total administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team.

2. Be the supporting liaison person between the Sales Team and internal/external Clients.
为销售团队和内/外部客人提供联络。
3. Respond to all inquiries and requests from internal/external clients within 24 hours in a professional manner.
专业回应所有的内/外部客户询问在24小时之内。
4. Generate proposals and contracts based on information provided by supervising sales leaders.
根据销售人员提供的信息提供方案和合同。
5. Process travel arrangements, expense claims, and other administrative processes in adherence to the S.O.P set forth by designated hotel and/or Corporate Office.
根据酒店的标准操作程序安排旅程,消费报销和其他行政活动。
6. Collate reports and/or presentation materials as and when requested by the Director, Sales & Marketing.
根据市场销售总监的要求整理报告和演示材料。
7. To undertake any other projects/duties as and when assigned by Director, Sales & Marketing.
