一、职位概述 / Position Summary 长期派驻东南亚指定国家，全权负责当地酒店项目全流程拓展，独立完成项目挖掘、投资测算、商务谈判、签约落地；维护业主、投资人、房地产开发商等资源，持续挖掘复投与多店拓展机会。在指定海外市场拓展酒店管理及物业租赁业务机会，主导项目信息挖掘、可行性分析、谈判签约全流程。维护业主及投资人关系，推动复购复投。（长期外派海外） Identify and develop hotel management and property leasing opportunities in designated overseas markets. Lead end-to-end project development from sourcing and feasibility analysis to negotiation and contract signing. Maintain relationships with owners and investors to drive repeat investment. (Long-term overseas assignment.)Long-term stationed in designated Southeast Asian countries, take full charge of the full-cycle development of local hotel projects. Independently complete project sourcing, investment return calculation, business negotiation and contract signing.
