1.根据酒店的有关规定和要求，有效地检验到货物品，必须符合酒店要求的质量标准。 2.按照采购单内容和数量，办理验收手续。 3.验货时如发现数量差错，质量不符合要求，应拒绝收货并及时报告主管。 4.在办理验收手续后，应及时通知有关部门取货。 5.填制每日收货汇总表。 6.跟踪和催收应到而未到的物品。 7.做好采购单的存档工作

【岗位职责】 1、熟悉所有音响设备的技术状况，学习维修技术，掌握维修技能。 2、服从分配，严格按照各项操作规程及规章制度完成音响设备系统的大、中、小修和日常音响设备的检修和保养工作，并认真填写检修记录。 3、负责协助工程部经理制定音响系统设备的年、季、月度检查计划。日常维护保养计划、预防性维修计划并实施。 4、负责提交音响设备备件的申购计划。 5、负责组织安排完成音响派工单的维修任务，并做好记录。 6、与其它班组或部门协调合作。 【岗位要求】 1、大专以上文化程度，从事实际工作2年以上。 2、经过音像播放专业培训，对电子设备有广泛的了解，能熟练地运用电声设备，熟悉一般电气的安全操作规程，有一定的电工基础。 3、工作认真负责，吃苦耐劳，有较好的协作精神，纪律性强。
