    To assist in the management and supervision of the day-to-day operation of the engineering department, ensuring that product quality standards are consistently achieved and that outstanding service is provided to guests and colleagues in accordance with hotel and MOHG standards and business objectives. Providesinput and assists the Director of Engineering in preparing the annual Repairsand Maintenance budgets, as well as Heat, Light, and Power budgets. Maintain comprehensive engineering records to determine inspectionschedules and repair requirements for all equipment. Establish and oversee the Preventive Maintenance program. Ensureall records related to Fire, Life, Health, Safety and Security are properlymaintained and filed. Ensure seamless, efficient, and courteous service is consistentlydelivered. Assist theDirector of Engineering in controlling expenses, particularly POMEC control. Job Requested: Degreein engineering or related discipline. Minimumof 5 years’ experience in Engineering Department with at least 3 years asAssistance Director of Engineering in a luxury hotel. Highenergy, hands-on approach, and flexibility for 24-hour operations. Strongcreativity and problem-solving ability. Liaisewith internal and external customers, vendors with good communicationskills (verbal, written, non-verbal). Must beable to read drawings, interprets manuals.
