1.通过分析识别可以增加酒店收入的机会。
Analyze and identify opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
2.根据市场划分,需要和酒店定位建立不同的价格战略。
According to market segmentation, different pricing strategies need to be established with hotel positioning.
3.对预订销售作出指导:
Guidance on booking sales:
•向部门员工做有关收入管理技巧和其正确执行的培训。
Provide training to department staff on revenue management skills and their proper execution.
•管理预订目标。
Manage booking goals.
•确保各个销售渠道不产生冲突。
Ensure that there is no conflict between sales channels.
•尽可能的增加中央预订的数量。
Increase the number of central bookings where possible.
4.协助市场营销总监筹措发展商业计划和酒店预测计划。
Assist Marketing Director in developing business plan and hotel forecast plan.
5.为迎合酒店的收入目标发展和监控价格和市场细分战略,特别注意在酒店淡季时刺激需求。
Develop and monitor pricing and market segmentation strategies to meet the hotel's revenue targets, paying particular attention to stimulating demand during the hotel's off-season.
6.定期的讲究并报告各种收入管理活动成功和失败的原因。
Regularly monitor and report on the success and failure of various revenue management activities.
7.监控预订部整个运作确保所有工作按期并按照标准完成。
Monitor the entire operation of the reservation department to ensure that all work is completed on time and in accordance with standards.
8.确保预订部和前厅执行各种销售战略。
Ensure that reservations and front office implement various sales strategies.
9.通过全球销售系统,因特网和各种报告回顾分析竞争对手的价格和状态。
Retrospective analysis of competitors' prices and status through the Global Sales System, the Internet and various reports.
10.评估团队需求以使酒店获得最大收入。
Assess team needs to maximize revenue for the hotel.
11.参加收益管理会议并通知管理层有关补救办法和跟踪行动。
Attend revenue management meetings and inform management about remedies and follow-up actions.

Develop employees in accordance with the Group's success objectives.
专业知识技能:
Job Knowledge / Skill:
1.良好的市场知识及分析技巧,最好对酒店运作知识有充分理解,擅长使用相关软件。
Good market knowledge and analytical skills, preferably have a full understanding of hotel operation knowledge and be good at using relevant software.
2.至少有3年的商业市场部门和在国际连锁酒店前台,预订或销售部的相关工作经验。
At least 3 years of relevant working experience in business Marketing Department and front desk, reservation or sales department of international hotel chain.
3.具备创新精神、工作主动和自我激励。
Have innovative spirit, initiative and self-motivation.
