Job Responsibilities岗位职责 1. Ensure day to day operational efficiency of the section保证每天的有效操作 a. Assist the Laundry Manager in controlling and directing the Laundry Department.协助洗衣房经理控制和知道洗衣房的工作 b.Counsel, motivate staff as and when necessary需要时忠告和激励员工 c.Handle guest complaints and inquiries when necessary.必要时调查和处理客人的投诉 d.Supervise the guest work unit.指导对客服务 e.Supervise the dry cleaning and laundry production unit.监督和指导水洗,干洗的生产 2. Contribute to overall operational efficiency有效的操作 a. Ensure that all areas, equipment and machines are clean, safe and in gook running condition.保证整个区域,设备的清洁,安全和好的运行状况 b. Check supervisor and control issue and usage of laundry chemicals and solvents.检查和控制化学用品的储存和用量 c. Prepare all required reports before going off duty.  Ensure staff do the same.保证下班前完成工作报告,保证员工也是如此 d. Maintain personal grooming as per Hotel’s standard, to project an efficient,professional, neat and tidy appearance to Hotel guests and set an example to subordinates.保持个人清洁卫生,符合酒店的规定标准 e. Ensure all laundry staff follow strictly all Hotel, Laundry and Housekeeping Department policies and procedures to be able to perform duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively.了解员工手册的内容,尽力在工作及在团队中发挥作用 Job Requirement岗位要求 1.Thorough knowledge of the proper use, operation and maintenance of all laundry equipment.操作和保养设备的知识 2.Thorough knowledge of the identification and classification of different fabrics, garments and other materials for dry clean and laundry purposes.能鉴别衣物质地，区别水洗、干洗懂得洗衣标识 3.Thorough knowledge of laundry and dry cleaning procedures. 水洗干洗知识 4.Must be able to perform all laundry jobs.胜任所有洗衣房的工作
