Job Summary:
Oversee and supervise the duties and functions of the Front Desk Guest Service Associate. Coordinate with the Reservations, Concierge, Club Lounge, Guest Service Center, Housekeeping and Guest Service Manger where necessary. Answer all guest questions regarding hotel facilities and points of interest and maximise revenue where possible, through upselling of the hotel facilities and outlets.
TheClub FloorManager will be required to conduct their duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained.

Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office area operation.
Good English language skill and communication skill.

Good finance knowledge.
Min. 3 years front office working experience required in supervisory position.
Positive attitude under pressure.
Training & presentation skill.
