岗位职责： 全面负责洗衣房的日常运营管理，包括客衣、布草及制服的洗涤、烘干、熨烫、折叠、配送等各环节的有序衔接； 建立并执行洗涤质量检查制度，定期抽检客衣及布草的洁净度、柔顺度、熨烫平整度，确保符合酒店卫生与外观标准； 监督客衣收取、登记、清洗、送回全流程，确保客衣无混淆、无损坏、无迟送，妥善处理贵重衣物； 负责布草及制服的清点、收发、报废及盘点管理，控制布草报损率，保障运营需求； 监督洗衣设备的日常清洁与定期保养，协同工程部安排预防性维修； 负责洗涤化料的申购、验收、存储与领用管控，确保化学品标签清晰、存放合规，防止误用或泄漏； 分析水、电、蒸汽、洗涤化料等消耗数据，制定节能降耗措施，优化洗涤程序与装载量，控制洗涤成本。 任职要求： 中专及以上学历； 同星级酒店洗衣房管理岗位2年以上任职经验； 熟悉各类织物特性、洗涤化料配比及设备操作原理，精通洗衣房全流程质量控制标准； 具备良好的团队管理能力、成本控制意识及沟通协调能力。
