主要职责 Primary Responsibilities : 1、全面掌握整个酒店的房类分布情况，并及时将房态告知相关部门。 Familiar with roomsituation and inform department concerned in time. 2、负责协助收益总监做好预订运作。 Assist Director of Revenue todo the efficient operation of the reservations department. 3、 监督和分析客房出售情况，提高客房入住率。 Monitoring andanalyzing rooms' inventory utilizing yield management to maximize occupancy andincrease average rate. 4、预测每日客房出租率并上报收益总监。 Anticipate dailyroom rate and report to Director of Revenue. 5、负责预订合同的订立与跟踪。  Responsible forand follow up reservation contract.   知识和经验 Knowledge and Experience ： 1、星级酒店相关2年以上工作经验。 At least 2 years working experience in star hotel. 2、熟练的英语口语表达能力，善于沟通和表达； Good command of oral English, good at communication and presentation. 3、具有一定的抗压能力。  Have a certain ability to withstand pressure.
