岗位职责
Job Responsibilities
1.结合酒店整体经营目标(客房出租率、平均房价、餐饮营收等),制定年度、季度、月度数字营销战略计划,明确各渠道、各板块核心目标(曝光量、点击率、转化率、复购率等),并拆解落地,定期复盘调整。
Formulate annual, quarterly and monthly digital marketing strategies aligned with overall hotel business targets including occupancy rate, average daily rate and F&B revenue. Define key KPIs for each channel and segment such as exposure, click-through rate, conversion rate and repurchase rate, decompose tasks for implementation, and conduct regular reviews and adjustments.
2.关注酒店行业数字营销趋势(如短视频营销、私域运营、AI营销工具应用等),结合五星级酒店高端客群特点,引入创新营销模式,保持酒店数字营销竞争力。
Track emerging digital marketing trends in the hospitality industry, including short-video marketing, private domain operation and AI marketing tools. Adopt innovative marketing models tailored to high-end clientele of five-star hotels to sustain competitive advantages.
3.统筹酒店核心线上渠道运营,包括但不限于:官方网站、官方小程序、OTA平台(携程、美团、飞猪等)、社交媒体平台(微信公众号、视频号、抖音、小红书、微博等)、邮件营销、搜索引擎(百度、搜狗等)。
Manage all core online channels, covering official websites, mini programs, OTA platforms (Ctrip, Meituan, Fliggy etc.), social media (WeChat Official Account, WeChat Channels, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Weibo), email marketing and search engines (Baidu, Sogou etc.).
4.负责各渠道内容更新、维护及优化,确保内容贴合酒店高端定位,突出客房、餐饮、会议、康乐等核心产品优势,提升渠道用户活跃度及留存率。
Update, maintain and optimize content across all channels. Ensure high-end brand positioning, highlight advantages of rooms, F&B, meetings, wellness and other core products, and enhance user engagement and retention.
任职资格
Job requirements
1.大学专科及以上学历,具备国际联号工作经验优先
College degree or above, international union work experience is preferred

Ability to master digital related data
3.能适应多元化的环境
