任职要求 1.中专及以上学历，仓储管理、物流、酒店管理相关专业优先，2年及以上酒店/餐饮行业仓储管理工作经验，1年以上仓库主管岗位经验。 2.精通酒店食材、物料、酒水等全品类物资的仓储管理流程，熟悉物资验收、入库、存储、盘点、出库全环节操作规范。 3.能统筹仓库日常运营，合理规划库位，建立物资台账，规范物资领用、核销流程，保障前厅、后厨、各部门物资按需供应。 4.熟练开展库存盘点工作，定期做库存账实核对、账龄分析，及时上报呆滞、临期物资，提出合理化处理建议，严控库存损耗。 5.严格把控物资验收标准，对接采购部门核对物资数量、规格、品质，杜绝不合格物资入库，做好验收记录与单据流转。 6.熟悉酒店物资仓储安全规范，做好仓库防火、防潮、防虫、防盗及物资保质期管理，杜绝安全事故与物资浪费。 7.熟练使用办公软件及酒店仓储管理系统，精准完成物资数据统计、报表编制，配合财务部门完成成本核算、库存审计工作。 8.具备团队管理能力，负责仓库员工的排班、工作安排、技能培训与日常考核，提升团队工作效率与操作规范性。 9.善于沟通协调，能高效对接采购、前厅、后厨、财务等部门，解决物资仓储与领用中的衔接问题，具备良好的执行力。 10.了解唐山本地酒店物资采购及仓储行业特点，吃苦耐劳、责任心强，工作细致严谨，无不良从业记录。 岗位职责 1.库存管理统筹：负责仓库库存整体管控，定期组织库存盘点（月度 / 季度盘点），核对账实差异（如数量不符、规格错放），分析差异原因并推动整改，确保库存数据准确。 2.出入库流程把控：制定并执行出入库规范（入库验收、出库复核），审核出入库单据（采购单、出库单、调拨单），监督货物收发环节合规性，避免错发、漏发或不合格品入库。 3.仓库布局与效率优化：规划仓库区域布局（存储区、拣货区、待检区），优化货物存储方式（如 ABC 分类、先进先出），提升仓库空间利用率与货物周转效率。 4.团队管理与赋能：带领仓库团队（仓管员、分拣员、搬运工），明确岗位职责与工作目标。组织岗位技能培训（货物分拣、设备操作、安全规范），提升团队作业效率与专业能力。 5.物资安全保障：建立仓库安全管理制度（防火、防潮、防盗、防损），定期检查消防设施、存储环境与设备状态（如叉车、货架）。监督危险品 / 特殊物资（如易碎品、化学品）的合规存储。 6.异常问题处理：处理仓库日常异常（如库存短缺、货物损坏、单据丢失），协调采购、销售等部门解决跨部门物资问题（如到货延迟、退货处理），减少对业务的影响。 7.数据报表与汇报：定期编制仓库管理报表（库存台账、出入库明细、周转率分析），反馈库存健康度与仓库运营情况，为采购计划制定、库存优化提供数据支持。 8.跨部门协同：对接采购部门跟进物资到货（验收、入库安排），配合销售 / 生产部门落实出库需求（按订单优先级发货），同步仓库库存动态，确保物资供需衔接顺畅。

PURPOSE OF JOB  He guarantees and monitors the stock and the deliveries of the village. He is responsible for managing storage warehouses and deliveries to maximize efficiency and secure the business qualitatively and quantitatively.
