    Description: 岗位职责： 1. To have complete knowledge on the food / beverage / service available in sections appointed 具备有关指定部门的食品/酒水/服务方面的所有 知识 2. Handle minor complaints and reports them to the manager or assistant for proper action 处理客人的细小投诉，并向经理或助理经理汇报，以便采取正确行动 3.  Assist in any other tasks as specified by his / her supervisor 协助完成上级的工作任务 4.Conduct staff training when required  根据需要，对员工进行培训 Requirements: 任职要求： 1. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria, 成功的候选人将符合下列标准 2. Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star restaurant 在五星级酒店相似岗位工作经验 3.
