Administration

Ensures that all personnel records are
maintained filed and updated in the HR System.
§ 保证所有人事文件使用的准确性和机密性。
Ensures Human Resources documents are
properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
§ 通过以下活动汇集并保持更新的人事记录:
Compiles and maintains personnel records by
performing the following duties.
§ 在人事系统中记录准确的员工信息,如员工个人资料、员工补偿、福利、所得税信息、出勤、个人表现评估以及员工终止合同日期及终止合同原因。
Records accurate associate information such
as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance
reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason in the HR System.
§ 根据要求做好档案系统的保持和更新。
Maintains and updates manual and
computerised filing system.
§ 制作准确的员工信息报告并进行人事记录,提供准确的员工信息给财务部以制定工资或其他用途。
Provides accurate and updated HR reports of
associate files to document personnel actions and to provide information for
payroll and other uses.
§ 保存所有记录和信息。
Maintains all records and information.
§ 严格遵守酒店的政策和程序。
Complies with hotel’s Policies &
Procedures.

Customer Service
§ 以礼貌、高效的态度来处理所有顾客以及内部员工的投诉和要求,并及时跟进,确保问题得到满意的解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer
complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through
to ensure problems are resolved satisfactorily
§ 与客人和同事保持基于良好工作关系的接触。
Maintains positive guest and colleague
interactions with good working relationships.
§ 为酒店其他员工(内部顾客)以及到人力资源部的所有人员提供专业、礼貌和热心的服务。
Provides the appropriate level of
professional, courteous and caring service to other associates (internal
customers) and other visitors to the division.

Financial
§ 熟悉有关生产率的比例(以及其他关键表现信息),统计月流动率的报告,员工病假报告及空缺报告。
Be conversant with productivity ratios (and
other key performance indicators) and to produce the monthly turnover report,
associate sick leave report, vacation reports.
§ 确保酒店内所有与财务记录、金钱和执照等相关的规定、政策和条例,严格遵循当地法律,并及时提供给财务部准确的财务方面信息。
Ensures that all hotel, company and local
rules, policies and regulations relating to financial record keeping, money
handling and licensing are adhered to, including the timely and accurate
reporting of financial information.

Marketing
§ 协助人力资源部经理汇集和执行所有员工沟通方面的资料和活动。
Assists the Human Resources Manager with the
compilation and implementation of all associate communications.
§ 确保员工能够通过员工布告栏或电子邮件等渠道及时了解所有酒店内部的规定、条例以及人事政策。
Ensures that all in-house rules, regulations
and Human Resources announcements are communicated to associates via notice
board and/or e-mail channels.
§ 协助制定人力资源工作日历并监督执行情况。
Assists to prepare and monitor the Human
Resources Calendar.

Operational
§ 协助确保所有员工设施符合凯悦国际的营运高标准。
Assists in making sure that Associate
Facilities are maintained to Hyatt International's high standards of operation.
§ 协助对员工关系、工资和福利以及招聘活动的发展、执行和管理工作。
Assists with the development, implementation
and administration of associate relations, benefit and compensation, and
recruitment programs.
§ 保存所有求职申请,筛选并面试合适人选。
Maintains all applications, screen and
interview applicants suitable for positions.
§ 保持更新求职人员名单和求职者简历。
Maintains an updated list of applicants and
applicant files.
§ 协助招聘工作;准备和发表空缺岗位信息。
Carries out recruitment activities, prepares
and posts vacancy announcements.
§ 制定并在报纸或网络上发布空缺职位信息。
Prepares and places newspaper and internet
advertisements for open positions.
§ 联系求职者以备面试。
Contacts applicants for screening
interviews.
§ 协调并出席工作会议。
Coordinates and attends job fairs.
§ 筛选求职申请或简历。
Screens applications and resumes.
§ 在需要时对求职者进行面试,并推荐合适的人选给相应部门经理。
Interviews candidates when necessary and
refers suitable candidates to Department Heads.
§ 确保所有的求职表已得到审核并在两周之内给予求职者肯定/拒绝的答复。
Ensures that all applications are reviewed
and that acknowledgment/reject letters are sent out 2 weeks from date of
receipt.
§ 在需要时负责所有签证和移民事项的办理,有效管理外籍员工的护照和移民复印件。
Co-ordinates all visas and immigration
activities when necessary and monitor the passports and immigration papers of
foreign national associates.
§ 准备新员工的录用信。
Prepares letters of offer to new hires.
§ 进行员工背景调查,并将调查结果进行归档处理。
Checks and documents applicant references.
§ 协助员工表扬表彰活动的协调工作。
Assists with the coordination of the
associate recognition programmes.

Personnel
§ 确保所有员工在雇佣条件、本地法规以及公司/酒店的政策程序方面得到公平和一致的对待。
Assists to ensure that all associates are
treated fairly and consistently as outlined in their terms and conditions of
employment, local legislation, and company/hotel policies and procedures.
§ 确保在酒店内同不同级别的员工保持良好及专业的关系。
Ensures a strong professional relationship
with all levels of associates within the hotel.
§ 确保所有员工理解并按照员工规章制度的要求规范自己的行为。
Ensures that all associates have a complete
understanding of and adhere to associate rules and regulations.
§ 在需要时对新入职员工进行入职培训。
Conducts new associate orientation when
necessary.
§ 协助酒店各部门对人本品牌的执行。
Supports the implementation of The People
Brand in every department in the hotel.
§ 在需要时对所有辞职员工进行离店面谈,并将结果反馈到人事部经理。
Conducts Exit Interviews for all resigned
associates if necessary and provide feedback to the Human Resources Manager.
其他
Other Duties
§ 熟知对雇员及雇佣关系中的相关法律法规。
Is knowledgeable in statutory legislation in
associate and industrial relations.
§ 理解并严格执行员工手册中的规章制度,以及和酒店政策相关的消防、卫生、健康和安全的制度。
Understands and strictly adheres to Rules
and Regulations established in the Associate Handbook and the Hotel’s policies
concerning fire, hygiene and health and safety.
§ 保持高标准的个人形象和仪容仪表。
Ensures high standards of personal
presentation and grooming.
§ 根据酒店、行业和公司的指引,回应需求、进行调整、执行任何合理的任务及额外职责。
Responds to changes in the Human Resources
function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
§ 根据要求出席酒店和部门的培训和会议。
Attends training sessions and meetings as
and when required.
§ 完成部门经理交给的其它工作。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and
responsibilities as assigned.
