    工作概述: 在酒店总经理的领导下,全面负责酒店人力资源规划、人员招聘与配置、培训与人才发展、绩效激励、薪酬管理、员工关系、企业文化、行政事务等各项工作,贯彻、执行酒店各项人力资源政策、制度,为酒店经营发展创造良好的人力资源环境。 一.岗位职责 1、根据酒店经营发展目标,按照管理公司人力资源部及业主方标准要求制定年度人力资源工作计划。 2、根据酒店年度经营目标,组织各部门制定年度组织架构和编制预算,并确保组织架构、岗位设置、编制水平符合管理公司及业主方的各项标准要求。 3、在酒店财务部的组织下,根据酒店年度收入预算,制定年度人工成本预算,并结合实际经营情况,有效控制酒店人工成本费用。 4、根据年度组织架构和编制预算,结合酒店当期经营情况,实施招聘与人员配置,满足酒店经营管理的人力资源需求,重点保障招聘及时性与录用人员质量。 5、对酒店培训体系实施有效管理,重点督导各部门岗位技能培训的实施及效果、组织管理公司核心课程在酒店的开展落实和学习平台的有效应用。 6、根据酒店经营和发展需要,督导各部门的梯队人才培养与发展,重点是关键岗位及后备人员的发掘、培养和发展,减少关键岗位人员流失,积极为酒店及管理公司推荐人才。 7、贯彻落实管理公司酒店薪酬福利制度,确保薪酬、福利项目的设置、额度、发放方式、操作流程等符合标准要求。在预算薪酬标准范围内,通过定期的薪酬市场调查和酒店人员配置实际需求,及时调整岗位薪酬标准,保障酒店人力资源竞争力。 8、审核各部门的绩效考核和激励方案,确保方案内容符合管理公司政策制度要求。实施各部门负责人的年度绩效考核,制定效益提成分配方案。 9、贯彻落实管理公司人力资源政策制度,严格执行国家、地方有关政策、法律法规,督导各部门执行规范的人事管理工作,规避劳动风险和劳动纠纷。 10、负责酒店企业文化建设工作,宣贯企业文化、落实相关政策制度、组织文化建设活动。与各部门、各层级员工保持良好的日常沟通,主动听取员工意见建议、了解员工困难、解释相关政策制度,营造家园文化氛围,提升企业凝聚力。 11、督导各部门持续改善员工工作环境,通过对员工食堂、宿舍、活动区域等的日常管理,持续改善员工生活环境,提高员工满意度。 12、督导酒店服务质量管理体系的运行,确保管理公司相关政策、制度的有效落实。 13、督导酒店行政事务管理工作,重点确保公文、档案的管理符合制度要求和流程标准。 14、与劳动、社会保障等政府部门保持良好的工作关系,及时掌握国家、地方相关政策法规的调整,及时制定、实施应对措施。 15、全面负责人力资源部管理工作,持续提升部门员工专业技能和部门绩效水平,确保酒店人力资源体系的运行符合管理公司及业主方要求,满足酒店经营管理需要。 16、根据管理公司人力资源部的要求,及时完成各项数据、信息的统计、上报和工作汇报,积极配合管理公司人力资源部的体系审核和业务审计。 17 、完成上级交办的其它工作。 任职要求 1、自然条件:40岁以下,身体健康。 2、文化程度:本科及以上学历。 3、工作经验:两年以上酒店或相关行业同等职位工作经验。 4、业务素质: 4.1熟悉国家及地方劳动政策、法律及法规。 4.2普通话标准,表达和书写能力强。 4.3熟练使用office系列办公软件。 4.4理解分析和沟通表达能力强。 4.5有亲和力,乐于支持、帮助他人。
