3、Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log book for further follow up.

4、Supervise cash handling and banking procedures.

5、Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports.
填写部门营业收入报表。
6、Manage, train and develop the Restaurant team.
管理、培训和发展餐厅团队成员。
7、Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bomb procedures.
