工作职责
1. Be the administrative assistant for Food & Beverage department including Culinary department.
2. Maintain files, schedules, and calendars for management members of the Food & Beverage Division; coordinate, set and confirm interviews and appointments;
3. Assist in completing special projects which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus or other assigned duties; maintain and order office supplies;
4. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
5. Type correspondence, reports, composition of letters, and memorandums; open, examine, sort, incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response; take and distribute departmental and divisional meeting minutes。
1. 作为餐饮部包括厨房部门的行政助理。
2. 为餐饮部门管理层维护文件、日程表和日历;协助、建立和确保面试和预约的实现。
3. 帮助特殊项目的实施,其中可能包括邮寄物品、市场调查、菜单或者其他被安排的职责;维持和订购办公用品。
4. 与其他同事和管理层共同协作,保持专业性。
5. 使用电脑输入通信、报告、书信和备忘录;检查和整理邮箱中的邮件,并且给与合适的回复;记录并将会议记录发给相关部门。
Preferred Qualification and Skills
优先考虑的资格与技能
1. College degree.
2. Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer; equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software, etc.
3. Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
4. Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required.
