According to hotel policy to ensure employee wages, and ensure all accurate real wages and welfare .
确保根据酒店政策计算员工工资,并确保所有工资和福利准确真实。
KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
Confidential employee wages ,paymaster shouldn't share salary information to anyone without FC and GM's agreement.
严格保密所有员工工资,未获得财务总监或助理财务总监的批准,在任何情况下不得向其他同事透露这方面的信息;
Update the employee's record every month,and make sure the bank account is right.
每月更新入职员工记录,确保正确建立雇员银行账号;
Make sure the overtime salary and other adjustment were approved.
确保加班费和其他关于工资的调整得到相应的授权批准;
Calculate the individual taxs and declare it every month,provide the tax report when necessary.
为员工计算和申报每月及每年的个人收入所得税,在需要时提交所得税报告;
Production and ensure that monthly salary report is correct .
制作并确保每月工资报表正确无误;
Prepare and submit monthly salary bills to
bank;
准备和提交每月工资入账单给银行
Review new recruits such as position, department, the accuracy of the information such as salary .
审核新入职员工诸如职位,部门,工资等资料的准确性;
Work with HR department,spot check
employee records and personnel records are consistent.
与人力资源部配合,抽查现存的员工记录与人事部的记录是否相符以剔除任何捏造的员工记录;
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION
个人能力描述
Graduation from Financial Accounting 、 Economic administration、Hotel Management 、taxation
财务会计、经济管理、酒店管理、税务等相关专业
Be familiar with the office equipment and related management software.
1.熟练运用办公设备及相关管理软件 。
Familiar with human resources professional performance, salary, benefits, and other fields.
2.熟练掌握人力资源专业绩效、薪酬福利等领域。
Understand the modern enterprise salary welfare management system design method and c&b management process, familiar with the laws and regulations of the salary welfare insurance, etc
3.掌握薪酬设计方法,了解现代企业薪酬福利管理体系设计方法和薪酬福利管理流程,熟悉薪酬福利保险等方面的法律法规;
Strong logical thinking ability, digital sensitivity is good, good at data analysis, good communication and coordination ability .
4.逻辑思维能力强,数字敏感度好,善于进行数据分析,具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力。
Minimum two years work experiences as an Executive Secretary in a hotel or related work experiences.
2年以上4-5星级酒店工作经验。
