工作职责:
The Greater China Hotel Finance Service Senior Accountant is responsible for delivering reliable day-to-day HFS operations while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution across key finance processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Income Audit, and General Accounting. The role oversees operational issue resolution, service request management, daily workload and service quality monitoring, and smooth month-end and closing activities in close collaboration with hotel finance teams and HFS delivery teams. In addition, the role drives process monitoring and control through KPI tracking, performance analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement, while supporting team leadership, capability development, standardization, efficiency improvement, and service quality enhancement across the HFS organization.
Your day to day
Deliver day-to-day HFS operations

Execute and oversee daily HFS operational activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery across key finance processes including AP, AR, Income Audit, and General Accounting.

Coordinate with hotel finance teams and HFS delivery teams to resolve operational issues, manage service requests, and support smooth month-end and daily closing activities.

Monitor daily workload, service quality, and exception handling to maintain operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and deliver consistent support to hotels.
Process Monitoring and Control
• Implement corrective actions when process performance deviates from the established targets. This may involve adjusting process steps, providing additional training to staff, or reallocating resources.
Team Leadership and Development
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, offer constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
任职资格:
What we need from you
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel Chief Accountant, Finance Operation Manager, cost manager or Purchasing manager in premium-above brands.
• Proven track record of successfully leading process optimization projects, with a focus on achieving measurable results such as cost savings, efficiency improvements, and service quality enhancements.
• Strong analytical and problem - solving skills, with the ability to identify complex process issues and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in process systems commonly used in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
