岗位职责 1、每天审查并更正收入帐目。 Controls all balance sheet accounts by preparation of monthly account reconciliations and actions accordingly 2、通过编制月度对帐单并进行相应的帐目调整，控制资产负债表的所有科目 Control accommodation advance deposits 3、酒店预付款项的控制工作 Monitor house banks and investments 监 4、控酒店的现金及投资 Prepare bank reconciliations such as agency imp rest and replacement reserve 5、编制诸如周转金及换置备用金等银行往来调节表 Review accounts payable monthly inventory reconciliations 6、审查月度存货应付帐款对账单 Review accounts payable purchase journal 7、审查采购应付帐目 Review and prepare input in the general ledge from various sources 8、审查不同来源的帐目，然后准备将其录入总帐 Prepare month end journals 9、编制月末各类帐目 Prepare balance sheet record and identify and reconcile all items therein 10、编制资产负债表，并进行必要的对帐工作 Prepares all journal vouchers for month-end closing 岗位要求 1、有国际品牌酒店经验。 2、熟悉SUN系统的使用。
