[岗位职责]
1.负责酒店大堂、电梯、走廊、卫生间、停车场、外围等所有公共区域的清洁与美观维护，保障区域环境符合酒店标准与宾客体验要求。
2.制定公共区域清洁计划、排班表与质量检查机制，全程监督保洁人员的作业质量，定期开展石材、地毯等材质的专项保养工作。
3.负责保洁班组的日常管理，包括人员排班、岗前培训、日常考勤、绩效考核与岗位督导。
4.管控清洁用品、工具及耗材的使用，规范药剂配比，降低清洁运营成本，做好清洁设备的日常养护与故障上报。
5.协调工程部、安保部，及时处理公区地面湿滑、异味、设施损坏等现场问题。
6.统筹酒店开业开荒、大型活动、VIP 接待期间的公共区域清洁保障工作。
7.落实公区安全、消杀相关工作。
8.根据业务和酒店的需要，随时增加的其他职责和任务。
[Job Responsibilities]
1.Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of all public areas, including the hotel lobby, elevators, corridors, restrooms, parking lots, exterior surroundings, and other designated zones, ensuring that the environment meets hotel standards and enhances guest experience.
2.Develop cleaning schedules, staff rosters, and quality inspection mechanisms for public areas; oversee the work quality of cleaning staff throughout the process; and regularly perform specialized maintenance on materials such as stone and carpet.
3.Manage the daily operations of the cleaning team, including staff scheduling, pre-job training, daily attendance tracking, performance appraisals, and on-the-job supervision.
4.Control the usage of cleaning supplies, tools, and consumables; strictly follow proper chemical dilution ratios to reduce operational costs; and ensure routine maintenance of cleaning equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions.
5.Coordinate with the Engineering and Security departments to address on-site issues in public areas in a timely manner, such as slippery floors, unpleasant odors, and facility damage.
6.Oversee public area cleaning support during hotel pre-opening deep-cleaning, large-scale events, and VIP receptions.
7.Implement public area safety protocols and pest-control/sterilization measures as required.
8.Undertake any additional duties and tasks as assigned based on operational needs and hotel requirements.
[岗位要求]
1.高中 / 中专及以上学历。
2.2年及以上高星级酒店 PA 公共区域工作经验，1 年及以上公区主管 / 领班管理经验，有酒店筹备开荒经验优先。
3.熟悉大理石、地毯、玻璃等不同材质的清洁保养方法，熟练操作各类清洁设备与药剂配比。
4.具备基础的团队管理与跨部门沟通协调能力，工作认真负责，注重细节。
5.能承受筹备期高强度工作，吃苦耐劳，服务意识强。
6.年龄 50 周岁及以下，形象整洁，身体健康，无不良从业记录
[Job Requirements]
1.High school / secondary vocational school degree or above.
2.Minimum 2 years of PA (Public Area) experience in a high-star-rated hotel, and at least 1 year of supervisory/team leader experience in public areas; preference for candidates with prior experience in hotel pre-opening and deep-cleaning preparations.
3.Familiar with cleaning and maintenance methods for various materials such as marble, carpet, and glass; proficient in operating a wide range of cleaning equipment and correctly formulating chemical dilution ratios.
4.Possess basic team management and cross-departmental coordination and communication skills; work with a meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented approach.
5.Able to handle high-intensity workloads during the preparation phase; hardworking, resilient, and with a strong service orientation.
6.Age 50 years or below, with a neat and professional appearance, good physical health, and a clean employment record.
