a) 为客人安排入座,拉椅方便客人入座。
b) 为客人提供会议服务,用最快的速度,最好的质量满足客人的各种需求。
c) 及时清理属于自己服务区域内的桌面,更换干净的桌垫,更换烟缸,保持区域卫生。
d) 随时准备满足客人的服务需求,总是乐于助人,想方设法帮助客人。
e) 更换布草,到布草房交、领台布、台泥、台裙等布草用品;清洗、擦拭银制器皿。
f) 按照宴会部经理或领班的安排,做好会前的各项准备工作,保证用品物品是否齐备,适当和清洁。
g) 观察服务区域内客人情况,礼貌、热情、及时地为客人服务,满足客人需求。
