工作职责
1.Plans and conducts orientation training programs assigned by Training Manager.
2.Assists the Training Manager in preparing the monthly training calendar and report.
3.Updates all training information and keep it in a simple and interesting way for the staff bulletin board.
4.Recommends improvement to training to the Training Manager.
5. In charge of HR Offical Wechat
1.计划和操作培训经理分配的入职培训任务。
2.协助培训经理准备每月的培训进度和培训报告。
3.更新所有培训信息并使之以简单而吸引人的方式呈现在员工公告栏上。
4.给培训经理建议关于培训的改进措施。
5.管理酒店人力资源公众号
任职要求:
1.Proficient computer skills
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
3.Good communication and interaction skills
4.Strong organizational skills to handle multiple assignments.
5.Will to work in training area is preferred
1.精通办公室软件操作, 基本的小视频拍摄编辑。
2.流利的中英文沟通及书写能力。
3.良好的沟通协调能力。
4.能够有条不紊地完成多项工作安排。
5.有志于从事培训工作者优先。
