一、工作职责 1、负责日常维修、计划检修、保养； 2、负责施工监理、配电线路安装等工作； 3、及时巡查，发现问题及时处理； 4、负责内部所有电气设备的维护检修工作。 二、任职资格 1、身体健康，年龄在45岁以下； 2、两年以上工作经验，具备中级以上电工证； 3、具备较高的维修电工专业知识，钳工知识；变、配电设施的管理能力，熟知安全规范和操作规范； 4、具备较高的纪律性、责任心、执行能力、语言表达能力、学习能力。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店内部木制家具、门窗、装饰物等的制作、安装及维修工作，确保符合酒店装修标准 2、完成墙面、天花板等区域的油漆、涂料施工，保证色彩均匀、表面平整 3、执行瓷砖、地砖等瓦工作业，包括铺贴、修补及日常维护 4、根据维修单及时处理各类装修问题，确保酒店设施完好 5、配合工程部完成其他相关装修、改造项目 6、妥善保管和使用工具设备，做好工作区域的安全防护 【岗位要求】 1、具备木工、油漆工、涂料工或瓦工相关技能，有酒店行业工作经验者优先 2、能独立完成基础装修工作，熟悉常见装修材料特性及施工工艺 3、工作细致认真，有较强的责任心和团队协作意识 4、身体健康，能适应一定强度的体力劳动 5、服从工作安排，能适应弹性工作时间（含紧急维修情况） 6、持有相关职业资格证书者优先考虑
