【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常维修与保养工作，包括但不限于水电系统、空调系统、消防系统、电梯等； 2、定期检查酒店公共区域及客房的设施设备运行状况，及时发现并排除故障，确保设备正常运行； 3、按照维修计划执行预防性维护工作，降低设备故障率，延长设备使用寿命； 4、快速响应紧急维修需求，确保酒店运营不受影响； 5、协助完成酒店小型改造及装修工程，确保施工质量符合标准； 6、做好维修记录及设备档案管理，定期提交维修报告； 7、遵守安全操作规程，确保维修作业符合安全规范。 【岗位要求】 1、中专及以上学历，机电、电气、暖通或相关专业优先； 2、3年以上酒店或相关行业综合维修工作经验，熟悉酒店设施设备运行原理； 3、具备电工证、焊工证或其他相关职业资格证书者优先； 4、熟练掌握水电、空调、消防等系统的维修技能，能独立处理常见故障； 5、责任心强，工作细致，具备良好的团队协作能力； 6、年龄25-45岁，身体健康，能适应倒班及紧急维修任务； 7、具备较强的安全意识，熟悉相关安全操作规范。

Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working.  Be familiar with hotel HV/AV System and equipments. Learn and know hotel electrical equipments and facilities.  High school education or equivalent experience. Be of the relevant electrician certificates. 1、负责酒店内安防系统、网络通信系统的日常巡检与维护，主动排查潜在故障隐患，确保各系统稳定运行。 2、参与弱电设备的新增、升级与改造项目，配合完成设备的安装、布线、配置与调试工作。 3、快速响应并独立处理弱电系统突发故障。 任职要求： 1、具备1年以上弱电维修或相关工作经验，熟悉各类弱电系统的工作原理与操作维护流程。 2、掌握基本的网络布线、设备调试等实操技能，能够独立完成监控、道闸、网络等系统的故障排查与维修。 3、具备良好的问题解决能力，能够快速响应并高效处理突发故障； 4、工作认真负责，有较强的责任心与服务意识。
