About the role Offer support to departmental and hotel operation to make sure hotel facilities are operating in normal status. Be familiar with hotel Engineering system and equipments. High school education or equivalent experience. 1、负责酒店内各类工程设施设备的日常巡检、维护及应急抢修，确保设备安全稳定运行； 2、监督外包维修单位的工作质量，协调处理突发故障，保障酒店正常运营； 3、按计划执行设备保养及预防性检修，记录设备运行参数及维修台账； 4、参与酒店安全巡查及消防设施检查，协助处理工程相关的突发事件。 5、具备一定的机电、暖通、给排水等工程基础知识，有相关操作证； 6、责任心强，能适应倒班工作，具有良好团队协作和沟通能力； 7、具备基础故障判断及动手维修能力，对设施设备安全规范有基本认知。
